Delivery Policy
Risk of loss and the title for such items pass to the customer, when the service are delivered to the carrier. In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name or address, etc.) any extra cost incurred by the company for re-delivery shall be claimed from the Customer placing the order. No request for cancellation of orders once duly placed on the site, shall be entertained.Company reserves the right to charge the order if by any chance the recipient rejects the order for any reason. The company shall try its best for prompt delivery; However, delayed/early delivery for whatever reason shall not entitle the customer for any damages or compensation and the company reserves the right to deny its services to any customer, without any explanation.
Refund Policy
Once the amount has been received, the company will refund the amount only in the following cases.
- 1. In case of the customer is not able to attend the test due to unavailability of the website on the specific time
